How we work

  1. You submit your document to us in Word format.
  2. We provide an estimate of the cost and you make an advance payment.
  3. We proofread the document in "tracking" mode.  Straightforward changes such as punctuation are changed. We add notes where we think there is ambiguity or inconsistency.
  4. You then go through the amendments, accepting or rejecting changes.  If you don't know how to do this, we'll explain.
  5. After all amendments and updates, we can re-proofread the document if you wish.
