Our ethos, quite simply, is...    Be Fair!

 

In our view, if you treat everyone fairly and as individuals - each one of them unique with their own aspirations and problems - then you won't go far wrong.

 

This is especially true in business. 

 

If, as an employer, you treat all employees equally, consistently and fairly, then you will earn their respect and they will generally deliver.  There will always be a few bad apples but good selection procedures will weed them out.

 

Likewise, if your human resources policies are clear, and fairly applied, everyone knows where they stand and there is virtually no scope for disgruntlement.

 

So, when we at The Back Office set about creating Human Resources policies for our clients, as well as ensuring that everything is legally compliant and easy to follow, we also focus on fairness.  We find it works.
